They only do work good enough for track homes. They don't back up their work.
My wife and I returned home at 8am, to find our heat in the house was not working. We called Harris and Swicegood immediately (they installed my system, it's only 5 years old and was not cheap) and informed them we had no heat. The temp outside was -1 and the temp in the house was at 48 deg and dropping. a couple of hours later, after no return phone call, I called again. There's some good and some not so good with this company. The tech who came out to take a look at the problem arrived within 24 hours of the call and identified a leak. He refilled the freon and said they would be back out to fix the leak. That was the good. More than a week later we had not heard anything from the company. So I called back and someone tells me that a service rep will call me back with more information. Didn’t told they come on Sunday will charge additional 125$ or 165$+ which come out total the bill they will sent to us is 250-290$ which the rest 125$ is for coming out to fix from mon to sat which I know that I will be charge for service to come out but however didn’t know and they didn’t told if he out on Sunday it will be after hours charge additional which is a bullshitwhen message them back they told me that they did said on the phone which wasn’t for me additional charge is not big deal for me not a lot at least but g... read more
Our AC went out today. Jimmy was awesome. I called the after hours line, they had the technician call me right back. He came here after hours. Right on time. Personal. Professional. Fair price for emergency service. Would recommend them to anyone for service!!
