My wife and I returned home at 8am, to find our heat in the house was not working. We called Harris and Swicegood immediately (they installed my system, it's only 5 years old and was not cheap) and informed them we had no heat. The temp outside was -1 and the temp in the house was at 48 deg and dropping. a couple of hours later, after no return phone call, I called again. There's some good and some not so good with this company. The tech who came out to take a look at the problem arrived within 24 hours of the call and identified a leak. He refilled the freon and said they would be back out to fix the leak. That was the good. More than a week later we had not heard anything from the company. So I called back and someone tells me that a service rep will call me back with more information.
