Finished our build and moved into The Oaks of San Gabriel. Unfortunately as we checked out the community noticed it is utterly disgusting and dangerous. The surround wall rocks by the playground are falling apart - leading to potential injury. There is broken glass everywhere due to unkempt information booth of some sorts - someone will cut themselves or injure others. The pool I hear - is moldy, the water looks foggy, the bathrooms have holes in the fall - all of which, given we saw the broken glass since we started buildin... read more
