Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.

Absolutely, they were an expert!
