Recommendedpot roast and filet mignon, tried them both....magnificent. And I NEVER give such high accolades! Just know that this is a working ranch, slaughterhous where they harvest what's on tonights menu, so there is strong odor of cowess. fantastic, unique unexpected, experience off of interstate 5, in the middle of nowhere.!
