They need to learn to say hello , welcome how many? We got no look with a “ oh there’s 4?” The food made up for the unfriendly greeting.
Mask wearing was not regulated, especially in gift shop and meat market. Employees wearing their masks under their nose, and as they work with food! I heard a guest ask an employee to ask another guest to put his on and then I said something in the meat area because a LOT of people didn’t have their masks on AT ALL. Wearing a mask for 10 mins of discomfort is worth not spreading a pandemic. Very disappointing.
It was our first time at Harris Ranch to celebrate a birthday...... great service and food! We will definitely come back again!!
