Called in about a serious matter, they lady on the phone, Julie said a lawyer was going to call me. They didn’t. Waited two weeks. Got a phone call, saying they have too many cases. I had to, pry teeth, to get the real answer. Hey, if they can’t make money, they won’t take the time. Great customer service
