Polite guys but misdiagnosed my problem, claimed faulty toilet but actually sewage pump needed replacing.
Harris Plumbing is my go-to for all my plumbing needs. I had water exploding out of a laundry room pipe. They were able to come out next day, replace the valve with the latest, whisper-quiet model, and replaced a pump for me - preventing problems before they start! Justin and Tyler were wonderful to work with, would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
I contacted Harris Plumbing Inc. to address an emergency water leakage. From my first phone call the staff were courteous and showed a genuine concern to help me. Justin was assigned to my house. He was professional and reassured me not to worry as he would take care of the issues. He identified additional critical items and I was able to include them as part of the fixes to avoid future problems. James, Eric and student Nathan did the work on my unit. They installed a reverse osmosis water treatment under my Kitchen sink. They also installed a shower and controller in one of my bathrooms. A controller was also installed in my stand alone shower. Finally, they changed the shutoff valve and put in a new line in both my toilets. They cleaned up all the tile dust and took away all the old parts. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them for any plumbing work.
