John P and his crew sent out were great. We had a water main line break and we have a weird house where the bottom of the basement is 5ft taller than ground level. We called 6 different companies to try and help us and either no one had the time or anyone who showed up looked at the scope of work and would say out loud “oh no this isn’t good”. Very polite and respected the house and very knowledgable. They were able to come to fix my outside taps very fast. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He gave me 3 options and the reasons why we should go with each I picked the one I wanted to use and he gave me the cost of it. Work was done very quickly and now my taps are working. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. When they didn't show up, I called and was told they would arrive by 5:00 PM. My wife and I waited around until 7:00 PM but never heard back from them at all. They completely wasted our entire afternoon and evening. Highly unprofessional.
