Dr. Harris's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am interested in the dental field myself and was offered several times to come job shadow with them. Dr. Harris is very friendly and I never felt rushed through the visit.

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? No, I wasn't given any helpful advice

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The staff and dentist were very friendly and I just felt comfortable. When I saw the dentist, he took his time with me and explained what he was doing. This is not a high pressure office. The waiting room is pretty large and has some cool flat panel TV's playing. I'm glad I finally found a dentist office that I actually feel comfortable going to.
