Please Avoid, worst year of my life. They where no help with loud lease violating neighbors, was told to "call the police." Showed the place while I still occupied it. Closing my windows removing materials from my walls. Place was in horrible shape, mold in the dishwasher, carpet smelled like dirty feet so bad, did not replace carpet. Cut off my mail before my lease expired, can you believe it? I can go on and on AVOID.
Extremely disappointing service. The company was consistently unavailable, failed to care for our home, and showed no responsibility. After our tenant vacated, we discovered our house and garden in a neglected state—without any inspection or maintenance from them. Avoid this management service if you want reliability and accountability in Bella Vista
Paid the deposit and the realtor stopped communicating with us. Never knew if we were approved or denied when I called up to the office they said I had to get in touch with my realtor.
Excellent company to deal with. I have only rented directly from owners over the years and with times changing you have to move with the times. We went with them and had an easy process and still renting from them 2 years later . I highly recommend dealing with this company ! This is our first agency rental and could not be happier. GREAT PEOPLE UP THERE 👍🏻👍🏻
