Paid the deposit and the realtor stopped communicating with us. Never knew if we were approved or denied when I called up to the office they said I had to get in touch with my realtor.
Excellent company to deal with. I have only rented directly from owners over the years and with times changing you have to move with the times. We went with them and had an easy process and still renting from them 2 years later . I highly recommend dealing with this company ! This is our first agency rental and could not be happier. GREAT PEOPLE UP THERE 👍🏻👍🏻
I would give no STARS if I could. I just got our deposit check back. They charged us for mowing which we took the time to do when we moved out.. The bill from the lawn company is dated two weeks after we moved. FURIOUS they also charged us for a pet deposit which we had no pet there. And Charged me A cleaning fee when the House was cleaned spotless when it was not even cleaned when we moved in as good as I left it.
I started working here on June 10th. Everyone is nice and they work hard to make their customers happy.
