Nick took our deposit and stopped returning emails and calls. Never completed installs or any service. I do not recommend this company at all! Not a good place for communication or service.
Never showed up to complete the work which they signed a contract for. They had a very reasonable price but unfortunately gave us the run-around for months until the project was way overdue. Eventually we had to terminate the contract (mainly due to unresponsiveness) leaving us no time get our project done before the budget expired at the end of the year.
The entire team at Harris Industries is a dream to work with. They are so professional and amazing to work with. We don't have a lot of technical knowledge and they are so great at explaining things in ways that we can understand without being condescending which is a breath of fresh air for a technical support industry! 100% recommend them!
