Arrived almost 2 hours past appointment time for inspection/evaluation of HVAC unit. Service call charge was expected but $160 to drive 40 miles as a travel charge was not expected. No real work performed and the bill was $300. If you aren't in Madisonville I would advise asking about a travel charge when making an appointment. Not impressed with his billing practices.
