We visited the facility for the first time with a family member, and we were immediately impressed by the amazing facilities and friendly front desk staff, particularly Tony. He was incredibly helpful and quickly assisted us with everything we needed. After a short wait, we were able to see the most amazing Dr. Phan. This hospital is an absolute joke. Your taxes are wasted on horrendous service and poor-quality healthcare. It’s heartbreaking that those in need have to rely on such a terrible place. What a disgrace this hospital has become—how far we have fallen. LBJ Hospital is a place I would avoid at all costs. Hopefully, one day we can have a high-quality public hospital. Until then, please think twice before coming here.

This isn’t a friendly hospital and the staff from the front desk are rude and the security guards are not helpful at all
Emergency room has no parking. They’ve got empty parking. Lots that you can’t park in. I guess they expect you to drive a mile away. It’s really stupid !
