If you’re going to work the front desk at an emergency room, maybe remember that people don’t check in there because they’re looking for a fun night out. The reception staff was incredibly rude, condescending, and spoke with a constant attitude. No respect, no empathy, just unnecessary hostility toward people who are already exhausted, scared, or dealing with an emergency. The staff in this hospital's emergency department are abusive; a patient arrives at 7:00 AM but isn't seen for an emergency consultation until three hours later. Then, after being seen, they have to wait all day for the doctor to provide results whenever they feel like it, and for the pharmacy to prepare the medication at their own leisurely pace.
