First few years were excellent, recently there is a problem with authorizations and prescription request. Waited two months for breathing equipment for CPAP used daily. The Doctor herself has been great. I think the recent staff changes have affected the service I received. It has become so poor my intention is to change my PCP. Sorry about that Dr Rocourt
I found myself needing a new PCP in September 2025. I left several messages for this office and NO ONE called me back. I have a new doctor now, but it's NOT this doctor!

Different and new location but same amazing service. Doctors like her are rare. ---- Many professionals have lost their personal touch over the years. Dr Rocourt has been my PCP for over 15 years. She is by far the best physician that I have had. I hope she reads the bad reviews on her office staff because it is a shame that reflects on her. I have been in the medical field for over 35 years and watched the decline in patient care standards. Hopefully, her office staff can follow her lead and get back to proper care and communication.
