One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll find the best solution for me. It seems as if they would rather choose "solutions" that make them the most money, but that don't necessarily bring results. They push unnecessary devices--braces, wraps, orthotics, inserts, etc and procedures (multiple ultrasounds, etc) on patients and don't warn patients that many of these in-office procedures and devices are being billed separately from the office visit fee. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was very pleased with how friendly and welcoming they were. They made me feel right at home the moment I arrived.

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
