Is the 1-year warranty still valid? I’ve submitted multiple requests, but no one has responded. I purchased this home six months ago, and I’ve been without hot water for two weeks now. This has been extremely frustrating. Update(July 20, 2025). The issue has been resolved. Thank you to Jeffery for the prompt and professional assistance.
