Dropped the truck off at 7, got a call it was done at 10, picked up at 12:30. It sat outside with a vinyl wrapping tool on the roof between the two doors on the passenger side. When I went to get the tool off my roof, I found these scratches on the rear door. They had poorly wiped down that half of the door, leaving streaks (I know that’s being picky, but just obviously showing the area they worked on), and finger prints around the scratched area. Had we felt like we scratched it I would have gladly paid for it. However like I mention I could show you the complete install to show you we never touched that area. Yes we did set a plastic tool (see picture) on top of the roof. Which was used to slightly pull molding up to get vinyl behind it. As for your work truck. If something was wrong with it we would have gladly fixed it. We are not perfect, don't claim to be. We make mistakes, we fix them. We are okay with that.
