Customer service is great & the food is the bomb will be coming back!
This isn’t the first time I have ordered from here and had a issue with the food, multiple times we’ve got salads with chicken on them (fried and grilled) where it’s been either raw meat or over cooked and re-fried. Today got nachos and not only is the cheese curdled and looks like pumpkin Flavored baby food but the chicken was horrible, full of gristle and fat and not to mention a HUGE piece of chicken skin laid right over the top of my nachos. First time there. Ordered food to go. I got home started to eat only to find that the gravy for my chicken tenders is literally like water!! It’s so gross. You could pour it in a glass and drink it it’s so thin. Like seriously, Hartz chickens gravy is better than this. Incredibly disappointed. Not driving all the back either to have them make it properly. ☹️
All of the employees are extremely helpful, and the food is AMAZING!!!
