I was emailed a $35 virtual/digital gift card for HCS, only to discover that I couldn’t use it at all at your restaurant because you have no way to scan the barcode or enter the card number. So, we have lost the $35 spent for the card. You shouldn’t even be selling gift cards you aren’t able to redeem.
I do recommend eating at this restaurant. I definitely don't recommend ordering online for pickup. when I ordered it said pickup in ten minutes. when my husband arrived he was told it would be a few minutes. ten minutes later he was told the same thing. ten more minutes, same thing. after half an hour of waiting the manager came to ask if he'd been helped. my husband explained the situation and asked to have his money back to go somewhere else. the manager went to check and brought out the bag of food. cold food. cold coffee... read more

I ordered door dash. A bbq dinner with two meats. I wanted both meats to be chicken and they told my dasher that wasn’t allowed. She had to call me for a second choice. Why? $42.00 and I didn’t even get what I wanted. Very disappointing
The have a great Smokehouse original salad with Turkey... it is excellent.
