Takes forever on the phone trying to get an appointment. The recorded message woman needs to see an ear nose throat doctor. I can’t spend a week waiting on hold or waiting on a call back. If you’re a child you got fast service. If you’re a senior citizen you might not live long enough to get though the recorded message. Wait time to get medical records transferred from there requested by another facility will probably never be sent. And it’s been tat way for years. Once you’re in you will get excellent care though.
