Let me start by saying, they got the job done; however, the pump truck operator, who has five years of experience thought that it was acceptable to prime his pump in my crawl space foundation. Needless to say, there was adequate room 10 feet opposite of where he pumped out. I had a discussion with Jim, the owner, regarding the incident and to be totally honest, I really only expected an apology because I have been in many situations where two people involved blames the other and no one owns up to the error.
