Mr. Dillen Harris was VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable and VERY thorough with my flooring cleaning. He was very polite, punctual, with great communication and conscientious of making sure to not drag the hoses against the baseboard and corners, kept the door as closed as he could while the hose was going through the front door and he also closed the front door upon entering and exiting while bringing in and putting away his equipment, being mindful of the AC being on as well as keeping insects out.
