There was urine on the carpet that was really strong and we had a different business come out twice because it was so bad and they still could not get the smell out. Nice people but this business has been around a long time so they don’t put as much time and effort in. Just got a place out in Bakersfield and the home desperately needed a deep cleaning of the carpet. Called Harris Cleaning company to inquire about what needed to be done. Harris was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach and his explanation of his cleaning method, expectations, and timeframe. He completed the job with ease and I couldn’t be happier.
