I got my first car from them last year and unfortunately I crashed it. Just purchased my second vehicle from them as well. The same as last time it was a great experience. I felt comfortable and never felt pressured into anything. I am a picky buyer and test drove at least ten cars and they never once made me feel like they were annoyed. Bad business, told by Mike the bumper to bumper would cover "EVERYTHING" as a trained tech asking about specific parts and told yes it's covered only to find out that was all misleading. But call the female "manager" with her responses of it was not me, oh well. It's SAD state of affairs as the car did not even make it five months. Review better business issues before going here. It's real old school, unreal, the warranty these people are selling is a joke for the price. All these over a 100.00 part. Unreal.... l
