RecommendedCherie went out of her way to help us with an insurance issue and saved our family from a lot of hassle! It says a lot about the character of the Harris team that they went above and beyond to accommodate a new customer in a pinch.
Getting an automobile repaired is suppose to be a pain right? ... I don’t know how Alex and his team do it but they somehow make what is suppose to be a hassle into a great 5 star concierge type experience. Easy and pain free and always I feel like royalty. I will never go anywhere else. Wish I could give 6 stars ... we should all take notes on how Alex delivers customer service.
