We wanted to like this place - we've given it 4-5 chances. Food is just,ok. Service is severely lacking. Dullsville all the way around. Giving it a 2 cuz we like the fries.

Harriet's is always a lovely time. It's become our go-to when we decide we want a nice and relaxed dinner out. The service is always cheerful, prompt, and awesome. The food is always delicious and I love their beer selection. It doesn't get too daring, but there's always a nice variety of local brews and I always discover something different. I just love this place and I'm so glad it exists, it's perfect year round. Cozy in the winter, and light and open in the summer. Go there. Enjoy.
They are willing to take their vegetarian options and turn them into vegan. I really appreciate that in a restaurant!

Great concept, great menu, poor execution. Friendly service. Nice dining room. Great atmosphere. Food was disappointing. The juicy lucy's had no cheese inside. The lobster grilled cheese was so spicy I couldn't taste the flavors. The walleye was overbreaded. The fries were good. The giant tater tots with bacon and chives were delicious. The giant pretzel was enormous, but would have been better with Dijon mustard instead of stoneground, which was difficult to dip.
