This apartment building shouldn't be standing to have occupancy in it, the maintenance and managers entered my apartment every time I went to work without notification, using my apartment for there personal use, and bothered my things, such as food either my clothing, the residents were instructed by management to do steal my belongings, then expected me to comply to pay rent there. I stayed there for 10.5 years that this was going on. Tried to move on another section 8 program that came through for me and they still blocked... read more
Friendly staff the conditions are like new stove bathroom set. Staff are always on it if you have issues with your apartment and payment issues they fix the problems quickly and always provide great customer service
Management and building conditions are better. Staff is amazing.
Senior citizens apartment
I dropped this star just so I can put y'all on extreme high alert about Robert's 3 apartment do not move there especially if you are putting in an application for a 2 bedroom because later on down the line I wanted to move out of my 2 bedroom apt and move into a 1 bed room I've been here 3 years still have not got my 1 bedroom cuz they dnt want to split the check which would be decreasing the rent which is total discrimination and money hungry and yes these are black people that work there and this is how they treat their ow... read more
