UPDATED:: The experience after leaving the sales room hasn't been as smooth. I now feel like i was sold a car vs my prior post. I would like for there to be knowledge on all sides of the transaction. Also more detail to customer accounts, especially when an issue is brought up, would help continue to make me feel important and less like it was just a sale.
