Maureen is absolutely a cruel and inhumane landlord. My mom, grandmother, and I lived at Ventura at Turtle Creek condos and rented from this lady. I was not a leaseholder, but witnessed everything. Therefore, it is only just and fair for me to share my perspective with the level of cruelty that I witnessed over the years. We rented from Maureen for 16 1/2 years. The unit is almost 20 years old. This landlord has demonstrated cruelty towards my mother. My mother and grandmother rented from her for 16 1/2 years. My mom always paid the rent on time. My mom always treated her with respect. After 16 1/2 years of renting from Maureen, my mom and I decided to move. My mom who is a senior by Florida law (age 64), has nerve damage and neuropathy.
