Shawn was an amazing technician and knew right what was wrong with my geothermal system. Great personality and took the time to explain the possible solutions. I really appreciated his knowledge and kind heart.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Their driver Stephen Lockwood wrecked a company truck into my girlfriend. He admitted fault to her and the officer who responded. Harrell Mechanical and Stephen denied fault although he hit her from behind. This has caused stress and devalue of the car. Sad when a company and persons who are in the wrong because of distracted driving tries to turn it around and not do the right thing. Pretty pathetic.
