I booked an airBnB hosted by this company. There were multiple issues, from not being able to gain access to the building, my toddler being cut by a broken beer bottle on the steps inside the gated area of the facility, no extra bedding for a sofa bed and the lift elevator being inoperable (we were traveling with someone disabled) Michael Murphy refused to contact us except through the on-site hotel management, who could not help, as the listing was made by Michaels company, Harrell Hospitality.
