My appointment was on time, and the office staff was quite friendly - - on the phone and in person! I have moved to Maine a year ago and I wanted to continue with a dermatologist. My former "dermatology group" always found something to remove, which made the office visit less $ for insurance; I have insurance and Dr. Harre let me know that she was not concerned with my skin issue concerns. The receptionist is extremely rude both on the phone and in person . Dr. Harre spent minimal time with me and basically dismissed my concerns quickly stating that there are no issues. She has a poor bedside manner
