Harrah's Casino Buffet has the WORST customer service in town. "Robert" the Buffet Manager is unprofessional and unwilling to make customers happy..... The cashier failed to inform us that the breakfast buffet was closing in 20 minutes when we arrived and that we had to eat and leave in 20 minutes, when we paid for 7 people. "Robert" the manager was unwilling to allow us to eat the lunch buffet (which was being set up as we sat down to eat) after the cashier told him she did NOT inform us that the breakfast buffet was closin... read more
