I had such an amazing experience with Sylvia today! I have wavy/curly hair that really needed some TLC. Sylvia asked me questions about what my typical routine was, how long I liked to spend on my hair, etc. so she could cut it in a way that worked with my routine. As she was cutting and styling my hair, she walked me through the entire process and why she was doing certain things. I liked that Sylvia was gentle.
