Had the WORST time trying to check in.
If Shirley is the lady to check you in, wait for another desk rep. She was very Rude and demeaning to me as well as her boss Cindy. Patty on the other hand was awesome. She handled any issue I had.

If you are a Harrah's player this is your spot! Not to mention the Grand Bear Golf Course is a great place to play!
Just got my money back - it is time to stop playing!
The hotel is nice & the services are good. No complaints.
Roulette table is crowded with only five people playing. Went down street to play. Too bad you cannot play at the same casino you are staying at! Not enough lighting in rooms.
Better casinos to go to. Overlook this one.
The old Grand Casino across the street is an eye sore. Tear it down and put something else in.
