I had faucet leak when first moved in. Fixed it in less than 24 hrs with new faucet. This is a very clean townhome and neighborhood. I feel the employees of Harr property truly care about the people residing here. Their office is easy to reach and address any concerns. Love that it is pet friendly too. Pets are people’s family and almost every home has one or two! Highly recommend Harr properties!
I've had a great experience renting from Harr Property Management. Josephine is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I really appreciate the safe, clean and well-preserved area. The amenities i really enjoyed were laundry in the apartments, having a heated garage (amazing for winters in South Dakota), and having a secure building.
