I was personally burned by this company. We entered an agreement in good faith and met every requirement only to have their representative burn us to make an extra buck. If you're looking into a property represented by them proceed with caution you're likely going to be burned. Signed and accepted contracts mean nothing to them, they'll take your money and deposit it on the premise of a signed contract and then avoid that contract and make you go through hoops to get it back.
Slimy business practices for their own benefit and would not return earnest deposit in a timely manner. Should not trust them regardless of what side of the transaction you are on.
