I have nothing bit great things to say about my girl Danyelle Mann and the entire staff at Harr. I bought my 4th grand cherokee a few weeks ago from Danyelle after trading a wrangler lease and obviously I love jeeps! :) Always a great experience there-I will never go elsewhere!! The only disappointment is the lack of fog lights in the new car, which is very surprising when ALL of my others had them-its so important for me during night time driving. Keep up the good work Harr Jeep!
Recently I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma at Harr from Danyelle. She surpassed all my expectations of a car salesperson. I kept my old Toyota Tacoma for 23 years partially because it was a good product, but the other reason was I dread the pressure of working with the salespeople. Danyelle was the Best! She not only made the process so simple she went the extra mile with explanations of technical operations as well as answering questions that I had after the sale.
My truck is back at the dealership again for an engine tick. Purchased in June. Truck was at shop for a month and now back again. First they told me it needed an engine, then a lifer then exhaust manifold now valve. not sure how long it’s in the shop now. Haven’t had it for 90 days first time around.Should never traded my Chevrolet. Lost vacation and Labor Day weekend due its issues. I’m at the point they need to replace it
