Worst service department I have ever seen. Bought a ram 1500. I’ve had it for less than 8 months. The tailgate is stuck closed. I called the service department back in February and asked if the latch was covered under the warranty. I was given the runaround and asked for the manager Christian to call me. I waited 2 weeks and no response. I called back and finally got ahold of him. He again gave me a runaround answer and said I would have to bring it in and have him look at it.
