Future Renters Beware: Harpers denied my application and then kept my $300.00 Deposit.
Great place to live- staff is friendly and helpful, peaceful and quiet environment, excellent repsonses by maintenance, also with laundry contractor, fitness center is very well maintained, swimming pool is clean and well maintained. And most of all, there are a lot (hundreds?) of units here and whenever I walk in the office, both Kimberly and Beth know me by name, and helped me get some of my paperwork processed when I needed help - that's caring service that doesn't show up on the web site or in the brochures.
The only plus is the coaxy view from the window and quiet neighborhood. Now we move to the cons. Old air conditioners that always break down. You leave an application but they do not hurry to help you. You have to go to the administration. After they come something there will be repaired and in a couple of days everything is not working again. Kitchen furniture is old. In other apartments they change to more recent and modern. Beautiful area, stores nearby, and nice apartment (zero maintenance issues over 18 months)
10/10 process. Beth was incredible. Spoke on Tuesday, and moved in Thursday. Super helpful in every aspect. Maintenace is great, and follows up in a timely manner. Very clean units, and property. Feels like a community and safe. Would highly recommend! THANK YOU BETH!!!
