If I could give Harper's Point zero stars, I would. We signed a lease months in advance and planned our entire cross-country move from Washington State to Ohio around our confirmed move-in date. We were already driving across the country and had reached Illinois when, with less than 24 hours before move-in, Harper's Point informed us that the apartment we had legally leased would not be available after all.
