This is a very college/family friendly community. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance/the office responding quickly. I truly could not have asked for a better place to spend my years in college.
Since relocating to Murfreesboro for work, I have resided at The Reserve Harper's Point. Any issue (minor) has always been immediately addressed. Management is very attentive to the property. My kids can still be kids, playing outside as well as enjoying all of the wonderful amenities, even in such a busy city due to the safety and security provided at Harper's Point. The Reserve has been a great place to my family

VERY PERSONAL, AT HOME FEELING. MANAGEMENT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE, UP TO DATE, AND INVOLVED
My boyfriend and I moved into The Reserve at Harper's Point Apartments in May, 2019. Within two months of moving into our apartment, it flooded due to rain. We were assured that this rarely occurred. Throughout the past five years, our apartment has flooded numerous times, due to weather events, the maintenance staff flooding the apartment when attempting to replace our A/C unit, and due to a massive water leak from the apartment on the third floor.
