It has been 2 months since we have been dealing with our broken air conditioning, and they still haven't found a solution or fixed it. It remains completely frozen, and it feels like a lack of respect. The maintenance guy has come to my house several times, and he never finishes the job; he always says he will come back and never does, or if he sees my husband, he asks how the air conditioning is and says he will come to check it, and we are still waiting. Since I moved to The Reserve at Harper's Point I have had problems with my air conditioning every week. It always freezes and when I complain in the office that someone manages to come they just tell me "it's already thawed so everything is fine" when clearly everything is not fine because if it happens constantly something is happening. Another year another update! This time I want to shout out Brice! Always so quick, helpful and kind with all maintenance needs! Another year with Harpers point! Thank you to Valerie and Lindsey! I moved in December 3, 2021. The staff and the Maintenance are absolutely wonderful! I did everything online and over the phone. I was so nervous about doing that but once I arrived, everything was more than I expected! I am so happy with my choice everything was great! I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends.And BTW Miss Lindsey is the absolute sweetest and nicest person you will ever meet!!!! And my Fur Baby Hershey loves her as well!!!
