The latch to the dog park fence has been broken for months. It’s been brought to the office’s attention multiple time by multiple residents with no result. Another resident that lives here put a bungee cord on the fence to try to keep it closed and then someone stole the bungee cord. Two seperate residents I spoke with looked up how much it cost to repair it, and it’s an inexpensive fix. It just doesn’t seem to be a priority to the complex. Our maintenance technician is fantastic! He is always friendly and welcoming, waving whenever he sees residents around the complex, no matter the weather. He is thorough, takes the time to explain what he is doing, and makes sure the job is done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. We truly appreciate him!
I’ve been living here a while and I love it! It’s quiet, safe, tucked away , yet close enough to everything. Haylee and Jacqueline in the leasing office are great! Lots of renovations going on around the property too. 10/10!
