Very friendly professionals who perform excellent work! The floor in my office was dulled and covered in paint. Within a few days these guys were able to sand and refinish the room to reveal a beautiful heart pine floor I did not realize was there! I highly recommend Harpers Ferry Floors and plan to become a repeat customer.
Wish I could attach just a couple pictures!! I knew there would be a difference in my wood floors after a sand and seal. But this incredible!! Red oak floors, sanded down to natural and just sealed. These folks told us to wait a bit before moving furniture back in, but I am not sure I will ever put furniture on these wood floors! They're gorgeous!
Floors look fantastic and you can't find customer service like this anymore. I would recommend these guys to anyone seeking restoration.
My husband and I originally requested our hardwoods to be refinished by Jordan's Flooring and we were thoroughly disappointed. Jordan's failed to sand some parts, did not stain some parts of the floor, only did one coat of poly, and smeared stain all up on the walls above the baseboards. The guys at Harpers Ferry Hardwoods were wonderful, they came in and assessed the damages Jordan's did. They then cleaned up the mess in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. If you want to refinish your hardwood floors, you need to give these guys a call. I thought I needed to replace my floors, but after a day and a half of sanding, refinishing, and sealing, they had them looking better than brand new and all for a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable, great communication, and most importantly, a fantastic product that you will love! Thanks guys!
