I had the most awful experience here. My car was in 12 times in the last 2 years. I bought extended warranty with the car and every time I would take it in less than 2 months later something else would be wrong. They would file claims again my warranty any chance they could get. I had one service guy who was actually kind and helpful. The others were extremely rude and anytime you would question things you were made to feel stupid and as an inconvenience. place is a joke ! my daughter took her car in for some warranty work but was denied , total was 8,000 for shocks struts and timing chain work. the warranty is bumper to bumper but somehow the warranty doesnt cover that part . so what ever part between bumper to bumper is denied ! if you want honesty or just get your value fir your money go somewhere else

Harper VW Service - no way! Got a notification for a safety recall and should call my VW dealer without delay. So I called the next day Saturday Morning for an appointment. But I was told nobody is available even not to schedule a time/date! Also no offer to call me back, but I have to get back beginning of the next week. Guess, I will call another dealer. Thank you Harper Service!
Was on trip, had a tire blow out. Needed new tire, they said they would have to order and it would be three days. No help at all.
