place is a joke ! my daughter took her car in for some warranty work but was denied , total was 8,000 for shocks struts and timing chain work. the warranty is bumper to bumper but somehow the warranty doesnt cover that part . so what ever part between bumper to bumper is denied ! if you want honesty or just get your value fir your money go somewhere else

Harper VW Service - no way! Got a notification for a safety recall and should call my VW dealer without delay. So I called the next day Saturday Morning for an appointment. But I was told nobody is available even not to schedule a time/date! Also no offer to call me back, but I have to get back beginning of the next week. Guess, I will call another dealer. Thank you Harper Service!
Was on trip, had a tire blow out. Needed new tire, they said they would have to order and it would be three days. No help at all.
Wonderful service department, best by far I’ve had to deal with they are very professional and friendly. They make sure whatever the issue is you come in with is fixed before you leave their lot and they detail and clean the vehicle inside and out!! Amazing people to do business with
