I called to reschedule my daughters appointment with Dr Basha who is the neurologist at Harper and the receptionist was very rude she must have been having a bad day which has nothing to do with me then she transferred me to someone else who was very polite but I or anyone else don’t have to accept that type of behavior… Yeah sometime you must remove yourself that’s why i decide to take them to the University of Michigan where ghettoism is checked at the door … Terrible considering Dr Basha is an amazing Dr …

My experience at this facility was extremely disappointing, which is particularly concerning given that it is a teaching hospital. It is unfortunate that the next generation of physicians may be learning from attending doctors who demonstrate a lack of competence and thoroughness. I met with Dr. Rohit Marawar in the neurology department and was deeply dissatisfied with the care I received. I don't know who, if anyone, is running this place, but I have never been so infuriated by a medical professional. They rescheduled my appointment without telling me, gave the wrong address to their clinic and declared me a no show even though I was trying to call the office at the time of my appointment and made it there 20 minutes late. They never answer the phones and just redirect you to the front office. I had to go to a different hospital for an MRI because I have metal in my body. It's been a year and I still haven't had it because Harper Neurology's staff has been incompetent. I've also never had a single voice mail returned in the year plus that I've been going there and had my doctor cancel on me once after I had checked in. She was in the clinic, she just scheduled something over the appointment I had booked over a month before. Because it takes over a month to get in to see a resident.
