I have taken my truck in twice to Ford because of the check engine light and have spent over $4500 and they still haven’t fixed it and now they want me to bring it in. Ford quality has definitely gone down. I’m definitely getting a Toyota next time.
Took my 2021 F-250 to Harper Ford for warranty work due to a check engine light and low voltage issues. I have a valid Ford Gold warranty, and the tech said diagnostic fees would be waived if a faulty part was found. They determined my battery was bad—even though it was replaced less than 6 months ago at another Ford dealership.
