Came here on a whim to look at getting a new vehicle when I came across one that I just could not pass up! Ramon was super patient and helpful while I got my paperwork together, he made sure to keep in constant contact with me when he had an update. I’m so happy with my purchase and with the customer service that I received!
I was disappointed to find out that only twice in the last 15 years of service at Harper Ford has the service department entered our maintenance records into the CARFAX database, making it seem as if we only had the vehicle serviced twice in 15 years. I found this out recently when I took the vehicle to Leon's for service and they pulled up the records. By the way, Leon's cost a lot less too.
No appointment with service, but they still got me in and out in less than an hour for a smog check on a brand new vehicle I purchased out of state. Everybody was awesome and very friendly! Thank you everyone!
Contacted multiple salesman as well as a manager. Requested numbers on a truck, never got a call back. I buy a lot of vehicles and this is the first time I’ve ever been treated like an inconvenience by a dealership. I don't if it they’re incompetent, ignorant or both. Avoid at all costs.
