Cannot Recommend I purchased a Doberman puppy from the daughter of Dr. Dedwylder with the assurance from both that she was registered and that the papers were "on their way". After months of waiting and emailing, I found the sire and was told that the puppy is only partially registered, and registration would not be given until proof was made that the puppy had been sterilized. Boat Club Road Animal Hospital is one to stay away from! Not honest. Locate another quality Vet would be my best advice. Was overcharged for work not done. Was overcharged and overprescribed for medication not needed. Go elsewhere.
Great Place to take your pets!! This vet is the best one I have ever been to in my 20 years of owning and caring for pets. They are very thorough and strive to provide the best care for my pets. I know they went through some tough times when they recently expanded and had a little readjusting to do, but that didn't change the fact that everyone on staff is there because they love animals. Dr. D and Dr. Martin are both knowledgeable and compassionate and I trust them both with my pets.
WONDERFUL VETS! We started seeing Dr. D and his staff in June of 2009 and I love them all. We have three pugs and they all take excellent care of our babies. ANYTIME we nned them for our pugs they are there. Their prices are also completely fair. I would not trust any other vet with our furry kids since I have met him. I have seen all three vets there at one time or another and they were all very wonderful and caring. The staff also genuinely cares about the animals that come in to the facility. Doesn't get any better than this!!!! Dr. D and his staff are excellent!! Dr. D has personally saved our dogs life not once, but twice. Once when he was a vet in Keller/N. FtW and again just last month. He hasn't just been our vet for 11 years, but he has become a wonderful friend as well. He is very honest and cares for our lab as if he would care for one of his own animals. Thank you Dr. D, Dr. Harper and your loveing staff. We know that we can always count on you, no matter how far we have to drive.
The best Ever!!!!! This Hospital has the best docs and staff that I have ever come across. I have been taking my animals to them for many years and haven't had a single problem. The staff are wonderful and caring. The docs are professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks. I wouldn't consider taking my animals anywhere else.
Everthing you need for your pets care in one place Boat Club Rd Animal Hospital, and now RESORT is great. For the last year I have used Dr Harper as my vet, but in the past have had to board my animals elsewhere. I now have the convenience of both in one location. The resort is clean smells great and staff is friendly. I also have peace of mind that if something did happen my vet is right there. I recommend Boat Club Rd Animal Hospital to everyone
Money?.... versus... CARE ? I have been with BCRAH for several years,only because of the compassion,fellowship,& selective options presented to me.I & my "kids", may have to wait to be seen,but we get seen! The Best! Dr Dedwylder and the staff at Boat Club Road Animal Hospital have been taking care of my sweet Boston Terrier for several years now. Anytime I have a medical, surgical, or behavioral problem, he always has the answers. Without a doubt, he is the most intelligent, caring, compassionate and honest veterinarian I know.
