Had my bridal earrings handmade here. The lady was very helpful and communicated well. I loved the earrings!
Never open / inconsistent with trading hours listed on google. Poor customer service. Rarely answer the phone. Please, for future reference, if you tell a customer you’re going to call them, do so, or give a time frame of when something is going to be fixed/replaced/restocked. I’m exhausted following up on you. You’ve lost my business. Don’t give false hope. It’s extremely disappointing.
