STAY AWAY from this place. Called in to make an appointment for out VW GTI. Spoke with Denise who said they were 2 months out, which I was fine with. My appointment date rolled up, even emailed them 5 days earlier to check in. Finally my appointment date came, I went to Harper Collision paid Denise my deductible and asked if I could do a walk around the vehicle to go over what repairs need done. That’s when I met Tim H.
