I had the best experience getting my hair and make up done for the CMA awards. Everyone that works in the salon was kind and professional. I absolutely will recommend this to my friends and will definitely be back.
Very disappointing experience today. I had an appointment last week but was called day-of because something came up (totally understand). I moved the appointment to this week and placed on my calendar. I took off work early and also scheduled a dog walker! I was told the appointment wasn't on the books. No apology, nothing. I've been a loyal customer and am disappointed at sub par level of service.
What can I say except Mandy and all the girls are excellent at what they do and on top of that a JOY to be with. This is my First stop in Nashvile every time I go home and my last stop before I leave again !! ( with tears in my eyes) ... I only wish I could transport them to NY with me !! THE BEST EVER !! Cant live with out them !
The talent is endless and the owner is one of the most hard working ppl I know. They care about what your vision is.....
