I have used Harper Acura service for 24 years! Steven, Jeff, Tammy and Richard were great today. My battery died and it was still under warranty. I highly recommend Harper service!!!!! They have been able to diagnose and correct all issues with my vehicles over the years. One of my examples: I was out of town and had a problem with my transmission occasionally slipping. The dealer I went to in North Carolina could not find the problem but changed the transmission fluid. The transmisson started slipping again randomly after I... read more

Got there at a busy time greeted promptly outside the service. Directed in met Jim told him what we needed and were shown the lounge and snack bar. Took a little longer because of busy time but car was brought out washed and vacuumed out. Treated very well, Jim stayed in touch throughout process Highly recommend
