The service at Volvo was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They took us to a restaurant and picked us up.. Took care of the recall and no charge. Very comfortable, waiting room with refreshments. Even Left with a clean car..

The repairs seem to have been fixed. What was discouraging was the pickup of our vehicle. After paying $6700 dollars in repairs, our vehicle was returned with dirt smears on our white interior seats. If that wasn’t enough, used water bottles were found in the front seat. My wife asked someone to clean the seats and discard their used water bottles.
