Service is very professional and thorough! I appreciate that they go above and beyond.
We noticed weird sound from front section and stop by no appointment at 10 am. They said all appointment was full but trying to squeeze in. They found needed change front Blake pads and Blake oil. They provide super clean waiting room and free car service. (I didn’t know my Volvo XC90 doesn’t have brake pad sensors)
I can’t speak highly enough about Tom and the service department at Volvo. I recently had a major repair that should have been covered by my extended warranty company, Nova. Unfortunately, they denied the claim, leaving me with a repair bill of more than $5,000 that I had to pay out of pocket. I am very impressed. The customer service, the cheerful greeting as soon as I walked in early morning ! Great quality service even for my 2002 VOLVO. The service video inspection on my vehicle was a little extra for me. Made me be aware of issues i didn’t even know Even the waiting area , hot latte and cappuccino was extra plus. Oh and I was told 4 hour wait. It was 2 hours. Sooner than I expected! THANKS VOLVO
