Good men on job, very pleasant office staff, job was on time and neatly done
Very neat . Only downside is communication. They cannot give an exact arrival time due to the nature of the service. However someone should call the customer and let them know when there is an issue. I waited over 4 hours from appointment time. Also when they finished the job, the guys left without saying anything. The company is aware and working on the communication issues. Excellent clean up . I feel very confident in the quality of the work.
Everybody on the job was professional and worked in a timely manner to complete job. Also got extra money back from original quote. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Have already recommended gator.
